Janine was Joey’s roommate when Chandler moved in with Monica. We don’t remember seeing Joey fall in love many times during Friends, but one of the few times he claimed to have found the apple of his eye, was when Janine arrived. She is an internationally supermodel and this year in March she turned 57. She is still beautiful, right?

Elle Macpherson (Janine Lecroix)

Jon Favreau (Pete Becker)

Pete was Monica’s boyfriend during season 3. He was an extremely rich boyfriend! On their first date they went to a romantic Italian restaurant, in Rome! He bought her a restaurant where she could become the chef she always wanted to be. Jon Favreau is an amazing actor and a renowned producer who has worked on movies like The Lion King (2019) and The Avengers franchise.

Jon Favreau (Pete Becker)

June Gable (Estelle Leonard)

Estelle was the talent agent handling Joey’s career. She had a weird look but her unique character was loved by all Friend fans. June Gabe went on to play in TV shows and movies like The Week Of, but she was already a successful Broadway actor before her role in Friends.

June Gable (Estelle Leonard)

Cole Sprouse (Ben Geller)

For many of us he is still that little boy who loved to play pranks on people, but Ben has grown up! Cole Sprouse actually has a twin brother named Dylan. They starred in a TV show called The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Today, he is playing Jughead Jones on TV series, Riverdale.

Cole Sprouse (Ben Geller)

Jane Sibbett (Carol Willick)

One of the most well-known roles in her career was that of Carol, Ross’ first wife. She left him when she falls in love with her friend Susan (Jessica Hecht). She is a recurring character in the series, since she has a son, Ben, with Ross. She has worked on Herman’s Head and It Takes Two. She is still close to Jessica.

Jane Sibbett (Carol Willick)

Jessica Hecht (Susan Bunch)

Susan and Carol are a great couple and are very popular among Friends fans. She went on to pursue an ambitious acting career. She took part in movies like Whatever Works and Dan in Real Life where she worked with Steve Carell. She also appeared in TV series Breaking Bad.

Jessica Hecht (Susan Bunch)

James Michael Tyler (Gunther)

Gunther is the recurring character who has the most appearances in the series, aside from the main characters. He won everyone’s affection because of his great love for Rachel. James had worked in cafés before, and even though he started out as just another extra, he was chosen for the role because he was the only one who knew how to work an espresso machine.

Sadly he passed away this year.

James Michael Tyler (Gunther)

Paul Rudd (Michael “Mike” Hannigan)

The best part of the love story between Mike and Phoebe is how they meet: Joey was supposed to introduce Phoebe to someone, but he totally forgets about it. When their double date starts, Joey improvises and claims to know, Mike. Of course, he didn’t have a friend by that name, so he starts yelling “Mike!” in the restaurant and that’s when Paul Rudd enters the scene. Besides Friends, Rudd has had a successful career as a comedian and now he is well-known for playing Ant-Man.

Paul Rudd (Michael “Mike” Hannigan)

Noelle and Cali Sheldon (Emma Geller-Green)

Noelle and Cali, twin sisters, were famous before they even realized it. They were barely one year old when they were playing the beautiful Emma, daughter of Ross and Rachel. After Friends, they worked on a few short films together. Time flies!

Noelle and Cali Sheldon (Emma Geller-Green)

Alexandra Holden (Elizabeth Stevens)

Elizabeth was Ross’ girlfriend during season 6. She was often the subject of jokes among the group because of the age difference between Ross and her. She was not only younger, but she was also a student of Ross’ at the university he taught at. The relationship doesn’t end well.

Alexandra Holden (Elizabeth Stevens)

Maggie Wheeler (Janice)

Janice is definitely one of the most charismatic characters in Friends. Her line and her laugh are an irreplaceable part of the series. Since Friends, she has appeared in several movies and series, always in supporting roles.

Maggie Wheeler (Janice)

Mitchell Whitfield (Barry)

Barry was left at the altar by Rachel, as we learned in the first chapter of Friends. He is a very influential character in the history of the series, especially in the first seasons.

Mitchell Whitfield (Barry)

Cosimo Fusco (Paolo)

Cosimo played the charming Paolo, an Italian stud that Rachel met during a power failure. They fell in love and Ross got so upset.

Cosimo Fusco (Paolo)

Tom Selleck (Richard Burke)

Tom is a famous actor who is the winner of a Golden Globe and an Emmy. He jumped to fame after starring in the series Magnum P.I. In fact, he’s worked in so many series and films that people don’t automatically think of him as Richard from Friends. But his part was still important.

Tom Selleck (Richard Burke)

Helen Baxendale (Emily Waltham)

Helen is British, like her character. She is also known for playing Rachel Bradley in Cold Feet. However, she has decided to move away from fame and focus on her family.

Helen Baxendale (Emily Waltham)

Steven Eckholdt (Mark Robinson)

He changed everything in the series forever when Rachel gets her first job that she really likes at Bloomingdale’s. Of course, he’s the main reason behind Ross and Rachel’s first breakup, because of how jealous Ross gets when he’s around.

Steven Eckholdt (Mark Robinson)

Tate Donovan (Joshua Bergin)

Jennifer Aniston and Tate Donovan were actually a couple and by the time they were working together on Friends, they were in the middle of a breakup. Imagine having to work with your ex on a daily basis and if that wasn’t enough, having to act like you are in love with him.

Tate Donovan (Joshua Bergin)

Lauren Tom (Julie)

After her appearance on Friends as Ross’ girlfriend, she continued working as a voice actor for well-known cartoons like Futurama.

Lauren Tom (Julie)

Aisha Tyler (Charlie Wheeler)

She started out dating Joey, but ended up dating Ross. She ended up leaving Ross for her ex-boyfriend.

Aisha Tyler (Charlie Wheeler)

Hank Azaria (David)

Hank is actually not very well known for his role in Friends. Instead, his most defining role was the voice over for several Simpsons characters, like Moe Szyslak, Chief Wiggum and Apu!

Hank Azaria (David)

All the Vikings you know only their typical look. But some of them you would never recognize in real life. In this article you will see all the main characters in their Vikings look and how they look in real life!

Björn Lothbrok

Björn, also known as Bjorn Ironsideis the king of Kattegat. He is the son of Ragnar Lothbrok and Lagertha and the eldest of Ragnar's many sons. Also in reality a very handsome gentleman!

Harald "Finehair" Halfdansson

Harald "Finehair" Halfdansson is a Scandinavian warlord and king. His dream is to become the first king of all Norway. His brother is Halfdan! The audience is divided into two camps. Some love him, others don't like him at all. He looks much better without tattoos.

Ubbe

Ubbe Ragnarsson is the first son of Ragnar Lothbrok and Aslaug. He is the second oldest of Ragnar's sons. He later marries Torvi. Without tattoos on his face and his typical Vikings look, he is almost unrecognizable.

Margrethe

Margrethe was Ubbe's first wife. Unfortunately, she went insane in the course of the series and Ubbe looked for a "replacement". With her yellow hair, she is not so easy to recognize anymore. In real life, she apparently has a significantly different look.

Rollo

Rollo of Normandy, originally known as Rollo Sigurdsson, is the older brother of Ragnar Lothbrok and the Duke of Normandy. Before his marriage, Rollo was known as a fearsome Viking warrior who had an impulsive streak and was plagued by internal struggles. This is what he looks like in real life.

Halfdan

Halfdan "the Black" Halfdansson was the ruthless younger brother of the Norwegian king Harald "Finehair". At the beginning of the series they were one heart and one soul. Nothing was more important to them than family, but even that was to change at some point. Without tattoos he is hardly recognizable.

Horik

Horik Gøtriksson is the king of Denmark. He forges an alliance with Ragnar, but sees Ragnar's ambitions as a threat to his own position. As so often, it's all about power in the end. After a visit to the barber & a shave, he is no longer easily recognized.

King Æthelwulf

King Æthelwulf Ecberting (Old English: ˈæðelwuɫf; means "noble wolf") is king of Wessex and Mercia and the son of King Ecbert. He was one of the Chrtists and his trust was tested over and over again. He does not look so different in everyday life.

Þórunn

Þórunn is a former servant who became a shieldmaiden. She is the first ex-wife of Björn. After training with Lagertha to become a shieldmaiden, Þorunn invites herself to move to Wessex with Ragnar's army, despite Björn's protests and concern for her safety. In reality, apparently, with a different hairstyle.

Ivar

Ivar Ragnarsson, also known as Ivar "the Boneless", is the youngest son of Ragnar Lothbrok and Aslaug. Arguably the most controversial character in the series, as most just didn't like him. But in the end, he too shows his true self! Would you still recognize him?

Hvitserk

Hvitserk Ragnarsson is the second son of Ragnar Lothbrok and Aslaug. He had to prove himself again and again and his character was often put to the test. After some knockdowns he finds his way back to such. He also looks like this in real life.

Athelstan

Athelstan means "noble stone") is a young Anglo-Saxon Christian monk who is kidnapped by Ragnar Lothbrok as a slave from the monastery of Lindisfarne. He is torn between the faith of the Vikings and that of Christianity, and becomes an advisor and friend to both Ragnar and King Ecbert. An attractive man with a beard and a new hairstyle!

Judith

Judith of Northumbria is the daughter of King Ælle of Northumbria and Queen Ealhswith and the wife of Prince Æthelwulf of Wessex. When he becomes king, she becomes his wife.

Aslaug

Aslaug Sigurdsdottir is the second wife of Ragnar Lothbrok. She is the former queen of Kattegat and the mother of Ubbe, Hvitserk, Sigurd and Ivar. She is believed to be a völva, which means that she can see the future through visions. She is harder to spot without the makeup!

Torvi

Torvi is a shieldmaiden and the former wife of Jarl Borg. She eventually marries Ubbe. In her private photos she presents herself clearly different, what a great woman!

Helga

Helga is the faithful lover and later wife of Floki. They have a daughter named Angrboda. In reality, you would probably not recognize her at all. Wouldn't you?

Jarl Borg

Jarl Borg is a grim Jarl of Götaland. His seat of power is in a village larger than Kattegat, located in the southern highlands of Götaland. In real life, however, he doesn't look so grim anymore.

Haraldson

Haraldson is the Count of Kattegat before Ragnar Lothbrok. He is madly in love with his wife Siggy. They have three children, a daughter named Thyri and two sons. Without a beard, he is not quite as easily recognized.

Floki

Floki Vilgerðarson is a boat builder and incorrigible crook, who is also the eccentric and closest friend of Ragnar Lothbrok. He is the husband of Helga, and they have a daughter named Angrboda. In real life, however, he looks considerably different with a bald head.

Lagertha

Lagertha is the first and former wife of Ragnar Lothbrok and the former queen of Kattegat. She is the mother of Björn. Lagertha is a Jarl and a fierce shieldmaiden. In everyday life, however, she doesn't look like a shieldmaiden at all. Wow!

Saruman, also known as Saruman the White, was the first of the Order of Istar (Wizards) to come to Middle-earth in the Third Age as an emissary of the Valar. He was also the leader of the wizards and the White Council who opposed Sauron. He has not changed that much.

Christopher Lee at the age of 80 vs. 93 years

Gamling, sometimes referred to as "Gamling the Old," was a man from Rohan and may have been Erkenbrand's second-in-command. This is what he looks like by now.

Bruce Hopkins at age 47 vs. 64

Frodo Baggins, son of Drogo Baggins, was a hobbit from the Shire in the late Third Age. He was and still is Tolkien's most famous character, as he plays the main role in the quest for the Ring. He looks unchanged!

Remember Kim?

Kim Mathers and Eminem had a tumultuous relationship. For a whole two decades. The two met when they were teenagers. Eminem was 15 years old and Kim was 13. Kim ran away from home with her twin sister and the two lived with the rapper and his mother.

Notoriety, alcohol and drugs have always put obstacles in the way of the relationship. Nevertheless, the two have shown a daughter who was born in 1995 and in 1999 they got married. 2 years later it was over and he dedicated a song called "Kim" on his "The Marshall Mathers LP" album to her.

The lyrics were full of hate and violence. But still the two could never live without each other.

It was the childhood love

Eminem had a tough childhood, was raised by a single mother. The father left her and at 14 he started rapping.

Music brought the two together

Eminem caught Kim's eye when he stood topless on a table rapping LL Cool J's "I'm Bad. They both grew up in a tough Detroit neighborhood. When he failed 9th grade 3 times, he dropped out of school.

They built a life together

In 1995, their daughter was born, but soon after there were constant arguments.

They tried everything, but things fell apart.

Eminem caught Kim kissing a bouncer. Eminem attacked the man and was arrested. For that he got 2 years probation.

He piled up his hatred and released a song

Eminem invited Kim and her twin sister to his Up In Smoke tour. He promised her not to perform the song "Kim" or changed his mind. In the process, he beat up an inflatable doll that was supposed to represent her. After that Kim tried to kill herself.

They got married again

In 2006, the two got married again. After a fight between Eminem's brother and Kim, he left and had no contact with them for 1 month.

The marriage didn't really work out, but they tried.

In 2006 they also divorced again.

Eminem had to fight with himself.

Even though he has been clean since 2002, prescription pills came into play. He has been clean again since 2008.

Kim has changed her life

After the death of her twin sister because of an overdose, Kim also tried to take her life.

She now lives in Detroit and raises children with Eminem

Hailie is studying psychology and Amanda is also a student. Whitney is 13 years old and is still being raised by the two of them,
